Jax Dogs | Dog Friendly Bars + Breweries

Hey guys!

So my VERY FIRST blog post ever was all about dog friendly locations in Jax! Even since then this has still been one of my most requested blog posts! Since there are so many fun and dog-friendly activities to do here in Jax, I thought I would break it down by category and do more of a series… let’s call it “Jax Dogs”. Where I’ll be mapping out all dog related activities in Jax from beaches and breweries, to parks and apparel - so my local dog lovers don’t have to miss a thing!

We all know Jax has a really awesome “happy hour” scene regardless of what side of town you are on The beaches, Riverside, Downtown, etc. it doesn’t matter. You will always be able to find an awesome local bar with a unique atmosphere, quality people, and reasonably priced drinks!

It is not uncommon for locals to be out walking their dogs at all hours of the day, all over the city. If you’ve ever been out walking your dog and want/need to quench the thirst of a long day’s work- pop into one of these local bars.

Taverna San Marco - Great happy hour specials Monday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., dog-friendly outdoor dining; water bowls and treats provided!
